Ramin Ramhormozi, an SBDC Business Advisor since 2017. Ramin helps entrepreneurs and small businesses navigate the world of e-commerce and digital marketing. His 25+ years of experience in
e-commerce has ranged from operating online retail businesses, to launching e-commerce software to providing e-commerce strategy and consultation to companies both big and small. His focus is in the areas of e-commerce operations and growth marketing. In addition, Ramin is the CEO and Managing Partner at SKU Agency in Austin, TX.

Connie Sparks, an SBDC Business Advisor since 2006. Connie assists SBDC clients with business plans, business modeling, business financing, business startup, general business management and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) assessments. She is a Certified Personal and Professional Development Coach. In 2000, she founded Wade Institute, which helps companies grow by creating revenue-generating ideas, obtaining financing, and improving processes and project management. Connie is author of The Entrepreneur’s Guide for Starting a Business and Where’s the Money: Big Dollars to Do Big Business Like the Big Boys. In 2009, she received the Small Business Administration’s Home-Based Business Champion Award.

Bill Erickson is the Owner and President of Total Imaging LLC and Rapid Refill Ink. Before founding Total Imaging, Bill Served 25 years on active duty with the United States Navy. Bill retired in 1997 as a Lieutenant Commander. Bill has been a resident of Fargo since 1999. Bill has been a continuous member of Business Networking International, Since February 2005, He has served as the President, Vice President and as Secretary Treasurer in the Wednesday Morning Originals chapter. Bill is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Vietnam Veterans of America, The American Legion and a life time member of the VFW Fargo ND, Post 762. Patrick went from flat broke to owning a 7 figure business in under 3 years. An immigrant from Nicaragua he knows full well how much hard work can impact your life. It was one week before Christmas when he was let go from his position as CFO of a $25MM restaurant group, with only one week of cash flow left to support a family of four there was only one way to go, up.
