Promoting Positive Emotion and Human Thriving

All humans have an inherent desire to survive, but beyond that, we have a desire to thrive! Classical psychology teaches us a great deal about how to be functional but doesn’t necessarily tap into the science of being beyond fusional – of satisfaction, happiness, and meaning! This workshop is designed to teach you the basics of what research reveals about how to take your well-being beyond “good enough” in order to truly flourish.

In this workshop you will:

Learn the science behind human thriving and the difference between classical psychology and positive psychology.
Discover the key findings about what human thriving really entails!
Understand the 5 core components of human thriving.
Learn actionable strategies for applying the research to enhance your own personal thriving today!
