Classical psychology teaches us a great deal about how to be functional but doesn’t necessarily tap into the science of being beyond fusional – of satisfaction, happiness, and meaning! This workshop is designed to teach you the basics of what research reveals about how to take your well-being beyond “good enough” in order to truly flourish.

Sara Oliveri Olumba is a life coach, couples coach & speaker based in Washington, D.C.. She is one of fewer than 400 people in the world to earn her master’s degree in positive psychology. Sara has been voted Best Life Coach in Washington DC four years in a row!
She is a former faculty member at George Mason University where she taught “Understanding Human Happiness and Well-being.” Sara gave a popular TEDx talk on “The Two Steps to Lifelong Happiness.” And in 2015, She helped launch the American School of Professional Life Coaching DC. Sara has a podcast called This Miraculous Life.
