Becoming a SuperSTAR Supervisor – Virtual Women’s Business Conference

May 13 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm CDT

Free

Workshop Description:

If you have staff, being a good supervisor is your job. It’s the most important thing you do — even though you sometimes lose focus of that and concentrate on “your work” instead. Your effectiveness as a supervisor shapes individual lives as well as your department’s performance and it’s an area where we can always learn and improve. Learn the STAR method of supervision to help you be a SuperSTAR supervisor for your Gen Z employees and all members of your team.
