Practical Tools to Manage Stress Effectively for Small Business Owners
April 18 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm CDTFree
What is EFT/Tapping:
EFT, more so known as Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a self-help tool that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine, specifically acupuncture (meridian points), with modern psychology, and neuro linguistic programming. The tool is often used to alleviate emotional and physical distress. EFT/Tapping is based on the concept that emotional and psychological issues are often rooted in disruptions or imbalances in the body’s energy system and through the “tapping” of the meridians in the body we are able to get back to regulation.
What to expect during our class:
To start, we’re going to regulate our nervous system and get ourselves back to optimal function. Our bodies are designed to self heal and existing in the ever changing world has us constantly stressed, with tapping we are able to support the roles of our sympathetic nervous system “fight or flight” so that our parasympathetic nervous system “rest and digest” can function properly.
Once we have found regulation, we can manage stress effectively, achieve emotional stability, and therefore create proactively rather than reactively.
We are going to explore connecting with our bodies and begin listening to the queues so that we can take aligned action and achieve our business goals fully supported.
Key Takeaways from this workshop:
Stress Management and Emotional Stability – Gain practical tools to manage stress effectively through tapping.
