Leadership – SuperSTAR Supervisors
Do you manage people at work? Then this session is for you.
As leaders, we often get caught up in daily tasks and forget that managing our team members is actually our most important responsibility. When you supervise others, leading them well isn’t just part of your job—it IS your job.
Whether you’re brand new to supervision or have years of management experience, there’s always room to grow. The way we hire, train, support, and evaluate our staff doesn’t just affect workplace productivity—it impacts real people’s careers and lives.
Join us to sharpen your leadership skills and learn how to be more purposeful and effective in your role as a supervisor.
Who Should Attend: Anyone who supervises others, including managers and leaders from:
- Businesses
- Nonprofit organizations
- Government agencies
- Educational institutions
