Why should people buy from you rather than from your competition? You have something that makes you special–are you telling your customers about it?
In this workshop, we’ll discuss what a USP is (and what it isn’t), why you need one, how to write one, and how to use it once you’ve defined it. If you want to take your product or service sales to the next level, you should start with your USP.
This workshop will be led by Nicole Mattson, who is the owner of Maemark.
For more than a decade, Nicole has worked in just about every facet of ecommerce and digital marketing.
From building ecommerce sites to order fulfillment to customer service, she has done it all. She has worked with companies who are just starting out, and businesses that have been up and running for many years. She has worked with turnkey systems like Shopify and Magento, she has worked with outside vendors to add custom software, and for some projects she has even done some of the website coding herself.
