The University of Jamestown is hosting a Homecoming Street Fair on Saturday, October 6th. This year marks the 26th anniversary of the Homecoming Street Fair, held the Saturday of Homecoming prior to the football game. The Street Fair is a time where students, families, community members, alumni and friends can enjoy each other’s company, shop local vendors, support campus organizations, and interact with the community before the big game.

The fun takes place on Allen Field in the heart of campus. Please check in at the Registration Tent (SE corner near the Hansen Center #3) upon arrival to receive your booth number and location. You are welcome to park in non-parking spaces while you unload, however, you must move your cars immediately following.

Additional Information:

• As a participant, you are free to give samples, host games, recruit volunteers, sell items, etc.
• The spaces are roughly 8×8 feet, but there should be plenty of space to expand if needed
• You will be set up on grass and early morning September dew can be thick and chilly
• You can set up a canopy, tables, chairs, racks, anything you’d like
• Community Groups are required to provide your own tables, chairs, linens, utensils, etc.
• Campus Organizations are required to provide your own linens, utensils, supplies, etc.

o   Your table(s) and chairs will be available at Registration and must be setup by your group. All table(s) and chairs must be returned to Registration by 1pm.

• Booths that requested electricity:

o   **Booths requiring electricity will be allowed one plug in.

o   **Up to 200 feet of extension cord may be needed due to the large number of booths now requiring electricity.

• University of Jamestown has an exclusive contract with Pepsi.  If you are planning on selling soda at your booth, we ask that it be a Pepsi product.
• Weather – event happens rain or shine! As of now it looks like 43* and mostly cloudy, but keep an eye on it and prepare accordingly.
• University of Jamestown is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
