Zegacy is the start-up sister company to Home Equity Partner, both started by founder Adam Zach. Based on his prior success at HEP, Adam founded Zegacy because of the large demand for home ownership amidst the challenging economic conditions home buyers are facing and to help investors deploy their large capital reserves via real estate.

Adam is an experienced rent-to-own investor, founder, and former civil engineer. His passion for finding opportunities to make an impact in real estate has led him to create the Zegacy platform – a one-of-a-kind rent-to-own marketplace. Adam hopes to extend the impact that rent-to-own investing has had in his life and his customers (tenants and investors). Having honed the rent-to-own process over many years, Adam believes now is the time to scale up and reach as many tenants and investors as possible.
