Emotional Intelligence 101: A guide for small business owners

November 20 @ 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm CST

Free

Emotion is the cornerstone of the human experience. Therefore, emotional intelligence is, arguably, the most important intelligence and knowledge of them all. And yet – throughout our schooling, higher education, and job specific training any education on the complex subject of human emotion is virtually nonexistent. This workshop is designed as a crash course in emotional intelligence that promises to immediately enhance your EQ!

In this workshop you will learn:

How to become more skilled at identifying your own emotions.
How to skillfully communicate with others about difficult or negative emotions.
How to show more awareness and receptiveness to the emotions of others.
How to effectively navigate an emotional conversation with anyone – a direct report, a child, or even your boss!
