Speaker Bio:

Shelby Chollett is an educator, consultant, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in education, research, and Design Thinking. Working in K-12, university, and startup spaces, Shelby leads initiatives to enhance human development practices, foster collaboration, and develop contextual strategic plans and processes.

Shelby is also the founder of The Pedagogical Refinery, a consultancy focused on helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals through human-centered innovation and actionable strategies. Complementing this work, she established The SidniBidni Creative, a design studio specializing in translating research into visual frameworks that support deeper understanding and decision-making.

Shelby is passionate about helping others unlock their potential through creativity and structured problem-solving with the Design Thinking methodology, combining creativity, strategy, and practical tools to empower entrepreneurs and educators to innovate and succeed. Her goal is to offer actionable insights into how Design Thinking can be applied to solve complex challenges, develop new ideas, and enhance professional and personal growth.
