Sarah Matta is a business consultant affiliated with the Duquesne University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Pittsburgh, PA. Additionally, she serves as a franchise business consultant for a national home improvement franchisor, where she provides strategic guidance to franchise owners throughout the Northeast. With over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, Sarah has consulted for multiple restaurant concepts with a focus on profitability and business turnaround strategies. She has successfully collaborated with numerous franchise owners in the restaurant sector to enhance operational efficiency and restore profitability.
