Stroh and Associates is an independent brokerage firm specializing in employer paid benefits and is located in Bismarck, North Dakota. The firm was founded by Sheyna, who has been working in the area of insurance and employee benefits since 2004.

For the past several years, Sheyna has been assisting employer groups throughout North Dakota in developing and maintaining affordable employee benefit packages and providing compliance guidance on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).

Previously, she worked for BlueCross Blue Shield as an Account Executive which has given her a strong background in the analytical side to understanding group utilization and impact and premium increases. Licensed in health and life insurance, Sheyna has a long standing commitment to excellent customer service.

The decision to start an independent firm was driven by the desire to represent the employer and to provide multicarrier market competition and options.
