Rodney O’Clair was employed by USDA for 38 years as a conservationist.  Assignments included developing budgets, staff supervision, creating ranking formulas for financial assistance to clients, and assisting entities with conservation practices or economic development ideas. He also made technical decisions affecting USDA government programs. Rodney then worked for USDA Wildlife Services for 10 years, under contract, as a biologist, concentrating on animal control. He was recruited to become a SCORE mentor in 2009 and serves as the sole SCORE mentor in Jamestown.
