Students will learn how to create their own computer game using Scratch software with the guidance of seasoned computer science professionals. Teams will be comprised of four (4) students and must minimally have one female team member. Students will be competing for the top three prizes to bring back to their schools.

In addition, students will be presented with information on the topic of entrepreneurship and discuss how to leverage a tech background with an interest in creating a small business. The fundamentals of creating a business will be discussed.

This is an invitation only event and it is open to the public.
